Our Consulting Services are designed to allow companies to choose the level of consulting help that they feel meets their requirements on current and upcoming projects. 

Below we outline consulting services that we feel will meet the needs of manufacturing organisations, however if there is a specific consulting service that you have need for your product or organisation, we will of course be pleased to tailor a solution for you.

• DFA Product Design Assessment:

This is the first tier of our consulting packages. It offers you the opportunity to see the effects of Design for Assembly (DFA) on your designs, and allows you to determine if the results of the analysis warrant additional investigation into the DFMA methodology.

• DFMA Product Design Evaluation:

The next level of service is a complete Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DFMA) Design Evaluation. A DFMA Design Evaluation is carried out with the goal of providing design ideas for improved assembly and manufacturing efficiency.

• Additional Services:

In addition to the services mentioned above, we undertake the following assignments:

• Benchmarking
  Evaluations of your design to assess cost targets; or of a competitor's product for cost comparisons.

• Design for Service
  Evaluations of corrective or preventive maintenance tasks to be carried out on your design or new product.

• Design for the Environment
  Evaluations of your product or design. The evaluation will include both the economics of end-of-life disassembly and the environmental impact of the selected materials and processes.

• Design for Automatic Assembly
  Evaluations of your product or product design. The evaluation will consider the difficulties and cost of automatic part handling and insertion and make proposals for design changes to improve assembly efficiency.
