  • Complete Design for Assembly benchmark analysis of your product.

Two-day Workshop - Day Two

  • Introduction to Design for Manufacture topics specific to your organization.
  • Begin to brainstorm ideas for redesign using Design for Assembly results from the previous days analysis.
  • Lunch.
  • Begin to look at Design for Manufacture analyses of your redesigns.
  • Presentation of DFMA analysis results to the group.

Three-day Workshop - Day One

  • Overview of DFMA.
  • Introduction to Design for Assembly methodology.
  • Design for Assembly hand calculation.
  • Lunch.
